The bowl and plate came exactly as promised. The placemat was missing from the box, so i emailed to see if it was being shipped separately and it was...never received notification of that beforehand, but no matter, they answered the email right away and it was here a day or two later. Love the quality of these products...as do my daughter and granddaughter! She loves her new place setting for Mimi and Papa's house :-) I had ordered her a set for her to use at her home and liked it so much, i decided she needed a set here as well. The first set was pastel stripes plate and bowl. It has held up very well :-) Did not order the placemat for that set as we had already purchased a placemat elsewhere prior to the bowl and plate purchase. These are not microwave safe, but we are not sure if the plate and bowl can go in the dishwasher, there isn't any labeling to that effect, so we hand wash them.
