Summer Fun: DIY Colored Bubble Art

My kids love painting and ask to paint everyday, so I am constantly on the look out for creative ways to paint to keep this activity fun and interesting. This week we tried something that combined one of their other favorite activities, bubbles!
I poured a bottle of bubbles into 4 bowls and added generous amount of food coloring to each bowl. Each of my boys grabbed a wand and blew the bubbles onto white paper. This kept them entertained for well over an hour, and I have to admit I had fun making my own bubble painting as well!
