DIY: Berry Pops

If your kids are anything like mine they love eating ice pops in the summer! I decided to try to sneak a little nutrition into one of their favorite summer time treats!

Berry Pops

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 cup milk

Makes 4 pops

Simply blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into popsicle molds, freeze until firm and enjoy!
